JSC "Bank Credit Dnipro" - a universal bank offering a full range of financial and banking services, invites a Branch Manager to join its team .

Candidate requirements :

  • Higher economic/legal education;
  • Successful work experience in the banking sector for at least 3 years in a management position;
  • Ability to work for results;
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team;
  • Active sales skills, experience in conducting presentations and negotiations with clients;
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU, the procedure for organizing cash and operational work;
  • Availability of a military registration document (for men).

Functional responsibilities:

  • Planning, organization of bank branch work, bank branch personnel management;
  • Actively attracting new clients to the bank, expanding the client base and working with the existing client base to meet budget indicators in the retail business area;
  • Direct sales of banking products and services;
  • Ensuring that the department meets its planned performance targets.
