Національна компанія з метою масштабування бізнесу, виходу на нові канали збуту та розбудову діючих, запрошує в команду Керівника продажів.

Основні завдання:


• Розробка та реалізація стратегії масштабування продажів.


• Формування високоефективної команди: підбір, розвиток, управління мотивацією.


• Побудова системного управління: політики ціноутворення, KPI, бюджетування.


• Розширення каналів збуту: традиційна торгівля, онлайн-продажі, міжнародні ринки.

Вимоги:


• Досвід керівництва департаментом продажів у компаніях FMCG — від 3-х років.


• Успішний досвід масштабування бізнесу та запуску нових напрямків.


• Володіння інструментами аналітики, автоматизації, сучасними підходами до продажів і маркетингу.


• Системне мислення, лідерські якості, орієнтація на результат.
