Profile Over view:
This position presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to spearhead the expansion of INFIKOR Group of Companies' presence in the French West African region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing INFIKOR as a market leader in the French West Region of Ivory Coast, Niger, Benin, Togo, Cameroon, Senegal and Mali.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Lead the development of new clients and expand market presence for INFIKOR Group of Companies in the FWA region.
Ø Drive business growth through strategic planning and the implementation of sales strategies, market analysis, and relationship building with potential clients and partners to penetrate new markets, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.
Ø Build and lead the regional sales team, guiding them in achieving sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Ø Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact with potential clients to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Ø Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Ø Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
Ø Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
Ø Provide feedback to business development and portfolio teams on regional data and market insights.
Qualifications:
· 5 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Proven success in expanding into new markets, particularly within French West African countries.
· Strong track record of meeting ambitious sales targets in fast-paced, competitive environments.
· Based in Ivory Coast with willingness to travel across French West African regions and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
·Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
