Deputy Head of the Business Continuity Department

Functional responsibilities:

  • formation of a business continuity strategy;
  • analysis of business continuity risks and their trends, development and planning of measures aimed at reducing the level of the risks themselves or the level of their impact;
  • prevention or minimization of damage from the possible impact of internal and external events that may partially or fully affect the suspension of the Bank's activities;
  • ensuring control within the framework of the identified risks and their potential occurrence;
  • ensuring the Bank's compliance with regulatory standards in the field of HRD;
  • providing proposals for amendments to documents regulating incident processing and response to them;
  • providing resources for the backup office;
  • administering HRD threat maps and collecting statistics on incidents;
  • developing training materials, conducting briefings, monitoring the maintenance of the Bank's infrastructure.

Requirements for candidates:

  • higher education (technical, financial and economic);
  • 2 years of experience in organizing HRV processes;
  • knowledge and practice of implementing ISO 22301 standards;
  • experience in conducting HRV and DRP testing;
  • having a military ID or temporary military conscription certificate (for men).
