ü Experience in
B2B sales

ü Background in
export-oriented companies (FMCG / Agro / Commodity)
.
ü
English level B2 or higher
.
ü Experience in
logistics and contracts
(preferred).
ü Knowledge of
export documentation
and
Incoterms
(preferred).
ü Higher education (Economics, International Relations, Logistics, etc.).
ü Strong command of
MS Office
, especially
Excel
.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Market Strategy & Expansion
Drive commercial strategy across new markets, identify growth opportunities and key partners, and provide market insights guiding targeted sales efforts.
2.
Revenue & Team Leadership
Own revenue targets, lead and develop the sales team, review pipeline and forecasts, and ensure high-quality client communication throughout the sales cycle.
3.
Strategic Account Management
Manage major accounts, lead key negotiations (pricing, volumes, annual agreements), handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships with top partners.
4.
Commercial Decision-Making
Make final deal decisions within agreed frameworks, ensure adherence to payment terms, and support in resolving overdue accounts.
5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align sales operations with internal processes and collaborate closely with Logistics, Procurement, and Contract Execution teams.
6.
Customer Base Development
Build structured customer portfolio growth, support segmentation strategy with market insights, and maintain high service standards across the team.
