Description

Twin Win Games LLC is a professional development studio specializing in the production of high-quality games and entertainment apps across various platforms and markets. With a team size of 100 and growing, we are dedicated to creating innovative and engaging gaming experiences for our global client base in North America and Europe.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in game development industry, along with a proven track record in sales and business development within the B2B environment. This role requires expertise in iGaming and outsourcing, as well as the ability to manage a team and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for sales, revenue, and profit control.
  • Achieve planned sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Lead the TWG sales team, including recruitment and goal-setting.
  • Monitor sales progress and provide regular reports.
  • Design and execute strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Manage, develop, and train the sales team, utilizing CRM software to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Enhance customer service and cultivate lasting relationships with clients.
  • Identify key prospects and work closely with customers to understand their business needs.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to align with market expectations and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the BizDev team to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Business Development or a similar managerial role.
  • Strong sales background in the IT industry, preferably with a focus on iGaming.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales and at least 1 year of experience in game development industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in game development and outsourcing.
  • Experience in selling solutions to clients based on the dedicated team mode.
  • Track record of successfully implementing complex strategies, including international markets.
  • Ability to close deals and foster win-win relationships with clients.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Experience in developing new markets in Europe, USA, and Canada.
