JSC "Bank Credit Dnipro" - a universal bank offering a full range of financial and banking services - invites the Head of the User Support Department of the Information Systems Department to join its team

Work schedule: five-day work week, Sat., Sun. - days off

Job responsibilities: Technical support (IT) for users of the Information Systems Department .

Main functional responsibilities:

  • Managing the IT support team;
  • Ensuring uninterrupted operation, support, and updating of the organization's IT infrastructure and previously implemented systems and services;
  • Building, implementing and supporting Helpdesk at the organization level;
  • Configuration, administration and support of the network and its users;
  • Providing consulting support to the customer;
  • Building, implementing and supporting an IT infrastructure monitoring system.

Candidate requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in management positions in the banking system and IT industry for at least 3 years;
  • Successful experience in implementing IT projects, products and services, network management, development and support;
  • Knowledge of basic banking terms and operations, banking software packages, bank business processes, ITSM (IT Service Management);
  • Sociability, stress resistance, adaptability to innovations.
