Head of the Premium Banking Customer Service Department

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the work of the bank branch and ensuring high quality customer service;
  • Planning and monitoring the achievement of financial indicators of the department;
  • Development and increase of the branch's Premium Banking client base;
  • Active participation in specialized clubs, conferences, etc. in order to increase the branch's client base;
  • Motivation and development of the department's team of employees;
  • Get to know each client of the branch personally and maintain regular contact with the aim of establishing long-term relationships;
  • Maintain own portfolio of Premium segment clients (150 clients) and manage client portfolio and risks;
  • Solving individual client requests;
  • Analyze and develop individual customer needs;
  • Provide quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in the banking sector of at least 1 year;
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking products and processes relevant to Premium Banking clients;
  • Developed communication skills;
  • Ability to manage a team and achieve set KPIs together;
  • Fluent level of proficiency in the state and national languages;
  • Conversational level of English proficiency;
  • Knowledge of current legislation of Ukraine in the direction of organization and control of the work of the branch, RKO, currency regulation and control, lending, procedure for processing banking transactions in the branch;
  • Availability of a military ID or temporary military conscription certificate (for men).
