JSC "Bank Credit Dnipro" invites final year students and specialists who seek to develop a career in IT in the banking sector.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality technical support to corporate clients regarding the operation of the Client-Bank, Internet Banking and integration API systems.
  • Receiving, analyzing, classifying and resolving incidents within the SLA, with subsequent escalation of complex cases to development or IT security.
  • Installation, configuration and updating of client software (including cryptographic protection components, CEP certificates, VPN connections).
  • Identifying the causes of technical failures in banking systems (analysis of logs, network interaction, OS components).
  • Preparation of technical documentation, updating the knowledge base, participation in improving support processes.
  • Interaction with internal departments of the bank (development, information security, operations department) to quickly resolve incidents.

Professional knowledge and skills:

  • Experience with SQL: log analysis, SQL query execution, results analysis.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS: services, registry, security policies, event log; basic administration.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure: TCP/IP, VPN, SSL/TLS, proxy, firewall.
  • Skills in preparing technical instructions, references, and response templates.

Personal qualities:

  • High level of customer orientation and sociability.
  • Ability to independently resolve technical incidents of medium complexity.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, responsibility.
  • Teamwork and adherence to the bank's corporate standards.
  • Focus on service quality, response speed and results.

It will be an advantage:

  • Experience in participating in the implementation or support of new versions of the Client-Bank iFOBS systems.
  • Understanding the processes of integrating banking systems via API.
  • Knowledge of the principles of information security and data protection.
  • Experience working with large business corporate clients.
