JSC "Bank Credit Dnipro" invites final year students and specialists who seek to develop a career in IT in the banking sector.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality technical support to corporate clients regarding the operation of the Client-Bank, Internet Banking and integration API systems.
  • Interaction with internal departments of the bank (development, information security, operations department) to quickly resolve incidents.

Professional knowledge and skills:

  • Experience (theoretical and practical knowledge) of working with SQL, analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Understanding network infrastructure.

Personal qualities:

  • High level of customer orientation and sociability.
  • Ability to independently resolve technical incidents of medium complexity.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, responsibility.
  • Teamwork and adherence to the bank's corporate standards.
  • Focus on service quality, response speed and results.

  • 18/7 work schedule — work in a team of three people who provide user support throughout the week. Each employee works 3 days of 8 hours, after which he has 1 day off (the start time of the shift is agreed individually during the interview).
