Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of Sales Support Specialist in Kyiv.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monthly partner's bonuses calculation

  • marketing promo activity evidence collection and audit

  • marketing compensation calculation

  • accounting and legal documents preparation

  • promo application, created by business team check

  • reports preparation by internal and external audit requests

  • Analysis and audit of customers data

  • Providing statistics and analysis reports by management requests

What we need for this role
:

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • B1-B2 spoken English is a must;

  • 3+ year of relevant experience (Accountant, Sales Assistant, Sales Support, Cost Controller)

  • Areas: electronics, FMCG, IT

  • Excel above average

  • Degree in accounting, internal audit, sales support, marketing

What does success look like?

  • A 'can do' and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
  • The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
  • Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is effected
  • The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
