We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
to join our team in
Kyiv
. This is an
onsite position
where you will provide first-level technical assistance to corporate users, ensuring stable and secure operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st-level support for hardware, software, peripherals, and network issues;
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets (Active Directory);
- Support Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Drive);
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments;
- Configure and support VPN and remote access;
- Diagnose and resolve networking issues (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi);
- Ensure basic IT security measures (antivirus actions, incident handling);
- Log and track all support activities in Jira
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in IT support/help desk (corporate environment preferred);
- Basic technical certifications (A+, Networking, MCP, etc.);
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset;
- Experience with Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems;
- Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, cabling, connection checks);
- Good communication skills in
English and Ukrainian
