В ролі Customer Support Specialist на тебе чекають:
— Допомога у вирішенні запитів наших користувачів;
— Комунікація з користувачами: письмова – за допомогою тікетів та усна – дзвінки;
— Спілкування з англомовними юзерами зі всього світу;
— Робота над покращенням продукту (ескалація проблем до відповідних відділів).

Що для нас важливо:
— Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), розмовна та письмова;
— Готовність працювати в нічні зміни (~6 в місяць) з 23:00 до 08:00;
— Вміння швидко адаптуватись та навчатись новим процесам;
— Стресостійкість;
— Сильні навички комунікації: вміння працювати з запереченнями користувачів;
— Емпатійність та клієнтоорієнтованість;
— Інтерес до теми емоційного і поведінкового добробуту;
— Готовність до довготривалої співпраці.
