IT Operations Specialists are manning the IT Service Desk and provide support to all staff working for WFP Ukraine. This position is based in Kyiv and expected to primarily support (in a team of Kyiv based colleagues with priority on senior management. Support covers hardware, software,

Microsoft applications, cloud, and meeting support, along the following:

1. Provide support to maintain IT systems and networks, ensuring appropriate data security and access

controls considering both local and wide area network issues; and supporting users to get maximum

benefits from them.

2. Implement innovative IT solutions for improving and upgrading system performance; support any

technology upgrades as required.

3. Provide data and documentation to support the procurement of IT equipment and services at and in

line with WFP rules and regulations.

4. Collate data and contribute to the preparation of accurate reports on IT investments and costs,

providing information to inform decision-making by stakeholders after market intelligence.

5. Contribute to effective asset management by ensuring all equipment movements are logged.

6. Implement Data analysis technical systems and knowledge and build awareness of Data industry

developments
