The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is strengthening its team of international finance and international relations professionals and invites motivated experts to apply for
key positions in the Department of International Relations.
Daily tasks include
coordinating with the IMF, Ukrainian public authorities and external stakeholders:
- leading a team of professionals;
- ensuring cooperation between the Ministry and the IMF, incl. organizing and participating in the meetings with the IMF`s missions;
- implementing procedural issues regarding Ukraine's participation in the IFIs` activities;
- coordinating the Ministry's bilateral cooperation, in particular participation in intergovernmental commissions meetings;
- processing draft regulatory acts submitted to the Ministry for approval, as well as developing draft regulatory acts within the Departmen's competence;
- monitoring the implementation of budget programs assigned to the Unit;
- cooperation with key stakeholders, including Ukrainian and foreign government bodies, Embassies, IFIs;
- preparation of analytical materials and key signals (talking points) for the meetings with international partners.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Public Administration, International relations, or Law
- At least 2 years of experience in management positions
- Team leadership skills
- Proficient English skills (B2 or higher)
- Work experience with the IFIs,
- Work experience in the public sector,
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Analytical skills
- Result-oriented and stress resistance
