Head of Legal & GR
. Our client is a technology company.

Head of Legal & GR
will lead the company's agenda in the public and private sector. The role will also cover full responsibility for the company's legal and GR function.

Main Responsibilities


• Monitor and assess economic, social, political, legislative and regulatory developments to

anticipate changes in operating environment that may create commercial risk or

competitive advantage for the company


• Develop and maintain the robust relationships with government officials, decision-makers,

and opinion leaders


• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and compliance risks associated with the company's

business activities and strategic projects


• Manage litigation, disputes, and claims, including coordination with external counsel and

representation of the company's interests before courts, regulators, and arbitral

institutions

Qualifications


• Strong understanding of regulated sectors, as well as Ukraine's legislative environment


• Solid knowledge of corporate, civil, labor, consumer protection, and procedural law;

litigation and arbitration experience required


• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including with regulators and

policymakers
