is a law firm specializing in full and comprehensive legal services for businesses and individuals. Our activities are based primarily on the specialization of the team, which includes lawyers, legal advisors, tax consultants, auditors, accountants.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a
Head of Immigration Law Practice.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • providing advice on immigration and emigration issues;
  • legal support for non-residents, issuing invitations to foreigners, appealing decisions, actions or inactions of officials and employees;
  • support for obtaining visas to all countries of the world
    (Eurozone countries, Canada, USA, Great Britain, Asian countries, etc.);
  • support for obtaining temporary protection status;
  • support in the United for Ukraine program and other similar programs;
  • support in obtaining temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits, citizenship of different countries of the world;
  • legalization in any country of the world on the grounds of investment, business, family ties, etc.;

attracting new clients;

  • direct participation in the development and formation of marketing strategies for attracting clients (b2b and b2c);

attracting new employees to the practice (department). Forming a strong team. Training subordinate lawyers/advocates
(we have 2 lawyers and 2 legal assistants in the team);

  • monthly reporting on the results of the practice (department) to the company's management;

providing comments for the media;

  • participation in various initiatives, such as: developing new practice tools and service areas, writing articles for publications, shooting thematic videos.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • higher education;
  • 1 year of experience in the industry;
  • 1 year of experience in management positions with a staff of 3 or more (will be an advantage);
  • knowledge of spoken English;
  • understanding of the basic principles of marketing;
  • understanding of customer attraction mechanisms;
  • initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking, critical thinking, ability to find ways to resolve crisis situations.
