We're hiring: Senior Legal Counsel — Pharmaceutical Practice

OMP has been a trusted legal & tax advisor to Ukrainian and international pharmaceutical companies for over 20 years. We're now expanding our team and looking for a Senior Lawyer with deep expertise in pharmaceutical law.

Your role:

  • Advise clients on pharma law, antitrust & anti-corruption issues
  • Support corporate and litigation matters (UA/EN)
  • Draft legal opinions, contracts, and transaction docs
  • Guide promotional strategies for medicines in Ukraine
  • Manage legal projects & mentor junior team members

About you:

  • Law degree (Attorney-at-Law Certificate is a plus)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (law firm/pharma/consulting)
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian & international pharma law
  • Confident in corporate law, M&A, data protection
  • Upper-intermediate+ English
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
