Зараз ми у пошуках Junior Legal Counsel для нашого клієнта – це один з найбільших розробників та виробників БпЛА для потреб оборони України.

Команда фокусується на постійному вдосконаленню характеристик бортів, використанні нових підходів та технологій. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Завдання і зона відповідальності:

  • Розробка та підготовка документів, вичитка договорів;
  • Супроводження перевірок контролюючими органами;
  • Взаємодія із державними органами;
  • Аналіз законодавства України.

Важливі скіли:

  • 2+ роки досвіду у юридичній сфері;
  • Знання господарського, трудового та цивільного права України;
  • Складання позовних заяв та супроводження судових справ;
  • Вміння проведення спорів у суді;
  • Обізнаність у взаємодії з Торгово-Промисловою Палатою;
  • Системність та структурність мислення;
  • Володіння англійською на рівні Intermediate +.

Умови роботи:

  • Офіційне працевлаштування;
  • Відпустка — 24 календарних дні на рік + 1 день відпустки на день народження;
  • Медичне страхування після успішного проходження випробувального терміну;
  • Бронювання за умови наявності актуальних військово-облікових документів;
