Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer/Assistant located in Kyiv City, Ukraine. The Junior Lawyer/Assistant will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers in drafting contracts, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing general administrative support. Daily tasks include participating in client meetings, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients before third parties.

Qualifications

• Understanding of corporate, financial, contract, and labor law principles
• Experience or interest in the IT industry, construction, and intellectual property rights
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to draft and analyze a variety of legal documents
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Prior experience in a legal firm or department is a plus
