Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with and independently handling clients' day-to-day business legal matters.
• Drafting procedural documents for court cases.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions, contracts, and other documents, particularly in IT law and publishing.

What We Expect

• Master's degree in Law (a strong academic background from a leading law faculty is an advantage).
• 1–3 years of professional experience (litigation, commercial, IT or IP law is a plus).
• Fluency in Ukrainian; working proficiency in English for legal documents.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to learn quickly.
• Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic online tools for client work.
