Head of Acquisition
, який очолить стратегію залучення користувачів і виведе наш продукт у лідери гемблінг-сегменту. Якщо ви маєте досвід масштабування аудиторії в iGaming, вмієте оптимізувати CAC і готові до викликів у швидкозростаючому стартапі — приєднуйтесь

Обов'язки:

  • Розробка та виконання стратегії user acquisition (SEO, PPC, SMM, affiliate, programmatic).
  • Аналіз українського iGaming-ринку: конкуренти, тренди, поведінка аудиторії.
  • Управління кампаніями в Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads; оптимізація CPA, CTR, conversion.
  • Керування командою acquisition (найм, розвиток PPC-, affiliate-менеджерів).
  • Налаштування воронок залучення, A/B-тестування, робота з AppsFlyer, Google Analytics.
  • Співпраця з юридичним відділом для відповідності реклами вимогам PlayCity.
  • Тестування нових каналів (інфлюенсери, ASO, локальні медіа).

Вимоги:

  • 3+ роки на позиціях Head of Acquisition / Marketing Manager в iGaming (онлайн-казино, беттинг).
  • Глибоке знання українського ринку гемблінгу: регуляції PlayCity, локальні вподобання.
  • Підтверджені кейси зростання бази користувачів.
  • Впевнене володіння Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate-платформами (PartnerMatrix, NetRefer).
  • Аналітика: A/B-тести, BI-інструменти (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Англійська B1+ для роботи з міжнародними партнерами.
  • Лідерство, креативність, готовність до швидкого темпу стартапу.

Буде плюсом:

  • Досвід у ліцензованих компаніях.
  • Робота з TikTok Ads, ASO або інфлюенсер-маркетингом.
  • Розуміння UX для оптимізації лендінгів.
