The role involves defining and structuring the design tone & style for the entirety of the Neobanking features & customer oriented products according CPO & CMO vision.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CMO Team & CPO Team to translate the overall product vision into a tangible design strategy. This includes defining the user experience (UX) and visual design (UI) principles that will guide all future work and align with brand identity
  • Create the core design ethos for the brand. This is a critical step, as the design needs to feel trustworthy and secure for fiat users, yet innovative and accessible for crypto users
  • Build a scalable and consistent design system from scratch. This includes a library of components, styles (typography, color palettes), and a set of guidelines. This is the single source of truth for all design and will be crucial for efficiency as the product scales
  • Oversee the creation of initial wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for the core features (e.g., account setup, fiat/crypto exchange, staking, stock trading, and card management)
  • The Head of Design will be the CPO's & CMO's creative partner, providing the "how" (design) to the CPO's "what" and "why" (product strategy) - CMO's "how" and "when" (brand identity)
  • Ensure a unified brand identity across all touchpoints, from the product itself to marketing campaigns together with CMO
  • Lead and Mentor the Design Team: onboard and select design talent with the help of the Talent Acquisition Team; Manage and mentor a growing team of product designers, UX researchers, and UI designers

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in fintech, neobank, or crypto-related company is mandatory
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design process, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. It should showcase successful product launches and a clear impact on business metrics
  • Deep expertise in UI/UX design, user research, and interaction design
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • A deep understanding of brand identity and its relationship to product design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, InVision, G-suite apps - experience with Maze, Amplitude, or AI-powered tools is considered a plus
  • Fluent in English with understanding of Russian or Ukrainian, other languages are an advantage
