Head of Branch (Premium Banking)

Responsibilities:

Planning and monitoring the achievement of financial indicators of the branch

Development and increase of Premium Banking client base

Active participation in specialized clubs, conferences, etc. in order to increase the branch's client base

Provide quality client service

Motivation and development of employees

Maintain and manage own portfolio of Premium segment

Solving individual client requests

Analyze and develop individual customer needs

Requirements for candidates:

Higher education

Banking experience - at least 1 year

Knowledge and understanding of banking products and processes relevant to Premium Banking clients

Strong communication skills

Ability to lead a team and achieve set KPIs

Ukrainian - fluent. English - advanced
