Зараз я шукаю енергійного, системного та відкритого до нових викликів асистента SDR для нашого відділу Маркетингу та Продажів. Що важливо для нас:

  • Самодисципліна та системний підхід до роботи.
  • Чудові комунікативні навички й уміння вести переговори.
  • Англійська мова на рівні Upper-Intermediate і вище.

Було б круто, якщо ти:

  • Маєш досвід роботи з Upwork, LinkedIn або іншими платформами для пошуку клієнтів.
  • Знаєш основи життєвого циклу веб-розробки.

Що потрібно буде робити:

  • Швидко обробляти інформацію за налагодженими процесами роботи з клієнтами.
  • Шукати та створювати нові можливості для співпраці відповідно до наших вимог.
  • Вести ділове листування з потенційними клієнтами (про відеозустрічі поговоримо, якщо це твій сильний бік).
  • Виявляти потреби клієнтів, допомагати вирішувати їхні запити та реалізовувати продажі.
  • Готувати звіти про результати роботи (щотижня, щомісяця, щокварталу).

  • Оклад (залежить від KPI) + % — у середньому наші менеджери заробляють від грн на місяць.
