The company "Bank Credit Dnipro, JSC" is hiring a Leading Specialist in Service and Operational and Cash Work.

Work schedule: five-day work week, Saturday, Sunday - weekends.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Consulting and engaging clients in banking services;
  • Sales and cross-selling of the Bank's products and services;
  • Serving customers — individuals and legal entities — in accordance with customer service quality standards across the entire spectrum of banking transactions (opening accounts, forming and maintaining customer affairs, etc.);
  • Conducting customer identification and financial monitoring;
  • Cash service for customers using semi-automated ATM systems (Tempokasa) across the entire spectrum of existing banking cash operations and products.

Candidate requirements:

  • Higher financial and banking education;
  • Work experience in the banking sector from 1 year , experience in cash handling;
  • presence of a military ID card or temporary conscription certificate (for men);
  • Possession of cross-selling skills and customer service standards;
  • PC ownership;
  • High communication skills.
