General Overview

The Operations & Driver Relations Manager plays a key role in coordinating the daily activities of the car rental business. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage relationships with drivers, develop a client base and ensure smooth operational performance. A successful specialist in this role is proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve measurable business growth while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective communication with drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Develop and manage the company's client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and coordinate daily rental operations, including scheduling, fleet availability, and customer service performance.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on key operational metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or car rental services (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both clients and drivers effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or CRM systems for managing customer databases.
  • Ability to work independently, stay result-oriented, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the car rental industry or transport logistics is a plus.
