Telephone sales specialist for small and micro businesses (remotely across Ukraine) Bank Credit Dnipro, JSC KyivZhylyanska Street, 32

Functional responsibilities:

  • Attracting potential customers through telephone sales;
  • Processing of internal and external customer base for cross-sales and expansion of cooperation channels;
  • Making outbound calls to attract potential customers to the Bank and cross-selling to existing customers of the Bank;
  • Processing incoming calls to provide advice to clients on the Bank's products and services;
  • Compliance with quality standards of customer service, communication and business communication style;
  • Achievement of individual targets.

Job responsibilities

  • Processing of internal and external customer base for cross-sales and expansion of cooperation channels.

Candidate requirements:

  • Desire to work in a dynamic young team, undergo training, gain interesting experience and advance in sales, and have the opportunity for career growth;
