We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Order Processing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will support the sales organization in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining high-quality communication with both customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Sales Support

  • Prepare and translate presentations, offers, and contract drafts for customers and suppliers.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to front-line sales.

Order Processing

  • Ensure accuracy of order details, including pricing, lead times, and customer data.

  • Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order flow.

Customer & Supplier Communication

  • Provide timely updates on order status.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.

Order Tracking and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate order records, track shipments, and prepare reports for management.

CRM Data Management

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Engineering (Engineering or Business background preferred).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

  • Good understanding of sales processes and offered equipment.

  • Awareness of legal aspects in contract negotiations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Target-driven and highly organized.

  • Fluent in Ukrainian and good command of English (both written and spoken).
