Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Governance and Public Sector. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement institutional reforms across all levels of government and public institutions.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the end-to-end delivery of projects focused on enhancing governance of public institutions, improving the business environment, and other related fields.
  • Conducting functional and organisational diagnostics, business process optimisation, concept and strategy development, and implementation support.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and surveys, monitoring procurement activities of international donor-funded organisations and Ukrainian public institutions.
  • Contributing to the proposal development process by preparing templates, documents, and other relevant proposal inputs in accordance with RFP instructions and our branding policies and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A clear passion for making an impact in the public and social sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • A university degree in public administration, economics or finance; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work in a multinational and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel (proficiency in MS Visio and MS Project is a plus).
  • Ukrainian - native/fluent, English – upper-intermediate/advanced (both oral and written).
