Senior Mobile Application Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Kotlin/Java.


Main Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and test mobile applications for Android devices using Kotlin/Java.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

  3. Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality of the application.

  4. Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure scalability and maintainability.

  5. Analyze customer feedback and product metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mobile app development, particularly in the context of financial technology and POS systems.


Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge of Kotlin (primary language) and Java.

  2. Good understanding of common software design patterns and Android design patterns.

  3. Experience with source control system Git/Jenkins.

  4. Ability to decompose complex tasks, design solutions, and implement them.

  5. Familiarity with RxJava, Room, Dagger2, Jira, Confluence, bug tracking systems, internetworking knowledge, and tools like TCP/IP, Wireshark, Wireless comm, cryptography knowledge.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Base knowledge of any programming language (C/C++).

  2. Python experience.

  3. Knowledge of payment transactions principles.

  4. EMV technology knowledge.

  5. Financial protocols knowledge.
