  • Have 3+ years of experience in a software/IT environment.
  • Are familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Waterfall practices.
  • Possess strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across teams and stakeholders.
  • Bring negotiation skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluently communicate in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Affinity with tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or equivalents.
  • You thrive in a collaborative work environment.
