Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated sales managers to join our internal team to attract and serve our global clients. Acumen International is a global provider of Global Employment Outsourcing / Global Employer of Record / International PEO services. We enjoy a culture where the prevailing attitude is positive and employees are always striving to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development and networking on international arena with end clients and strategic alliances
  • Sales
  • Handle incoming requests for global employment outsourcing services
  • Contracts negotiation and offers preparation
  • Work with LinkedIn and professional platforms for business development
  • Strategic planning with Marketing department
Skills Required
  • Native English speaker or Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (personal and phone) and presentation skills.
  • Education in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Legal background.
  • Computer knowledge. Good Excel knowledge. Good typing skills.
  • Ability to work in international environment under pressure.
  • Open minded and eager to learn.
  • Knowledge of any CRM is a plus.
  • Candidates with International Sales background, in industries as IT, Logistics, HR, Staffing, PEO, Recruitment, Global Mobility, Services.
