Мене звати Дарина Сичинська і відповідаю за трансформацію відділу продавжів в агенції з амбітними цілями, експертиза якої, полягає в тому, щоб допомагати компаніям збільшувати продажі та свою впізнаваність за рахунок просування сайтів та таргетованої реклами

І зараз шукаю до себе /в команду агенції Sales Manager (hunter)

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

* 2+ роки в В2В продажах (середній термін закриття угоди 3+ місяці);

*Знання корпоративного ринку України та наближчих країн буде плюсом (зі спасітЄлями і окупантами не працюємо);

* любить продажі та є бажання рости та розвиватись в продажах (готовий докладати зусиль);

* розуміє повний цикл холодних продажів (від лідогенерації до закриття угоди);

* є знання (сертифікація) Miller Heiman Methodology (буде значним плюсом);

* розуміння важливості коллаборації з іншими відділами для досягнення результатів (розуміння причинно-наслідкових зв'язків);

* англійська від В1 (бажано).

Ми пропонуємо:

~ працювати зі мною на досягнення амбітних цілей (готова навчати/підтримувати, 12+ років в В2В продажах, цілі адекватні);

~ ставка + % від продажів (сумарно 80к+ /міс);

~ теплі ліди, але основний фокус на холодні продажі;

~ гібридний формат роботи (декілька днів на тиждень в офісі, щоб скоріше адаптуватись в компанії та почати заробляти % від продажів);

~ графік з 9.00 до 18.00 або з 10.00 до 19.00;

~ агенція покриває певну частину грошей на курси для підвищення кваліфікації (хоча, на мою думку, найефективніше навчання для Sales Manager відбувається в процесі роботи);

~ дружній колектив (співробітники працюють в агенції 3+ роки в середньому);

~ відсутність токсичності (твоє ментальне здоров'я для нас важливе як і результати твоєї роботи);

~ командні зустрічі;

~ відпустка 24 дні.

П. С. офіс в м. Київ, на правому березі. Згодом можна буде перейти на повністю віддалений режим роботи.
