We're launching our
B2B direction
and are looking for an energetic
B2B Sales Manager
to help us make our first steps in this market.

Mission:
become the driving force behind RedDogFish's B2B growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

During the first 6 months:

  • Actively search for and attract our first clients and partners (tour operators, travel services, OTA platforms, corporate clients)
  • Sell our
    eSIM product
    from the first contact to deal closure
  • Maintain communication with clients after contracts are signed
  • Test hypotheses on target audiences, acquisition channels, and partnership formats
  • Participate in international conferences: preparation, travel, networking

Later on:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Adjust our client approach based on early deal results
  • Opportunity to
    grow into a team leader role
    and scale the B2B department

What's important

  • Goals:
    secure 3–5 new contracts within the first year, build a lead base in key markets
  • Sales cycle:
    from 3 to 12 months depending on client type – your goal is to tailor the approach and shorten the cycle
  • Tools:
    CRM, marketing support, conference participation budget
  • Work format:
    solo at the start, with potential to form a team after first successes

What we expect from you

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT, telecom, or travel industries)
  • Fluent English (C1) - daily communication with international clients
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • A systematic approach, yet openness to "trial & error" experimentation
  • Readiness for international business trips
  • Experience using various lead generation tools
