We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive HR Manager to manage the entire employee lifecycle and cultivate a culture of growth and engagement. Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as an HR or in a similar HR role in IT.
Proficiency in HR systems, metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
Proven experience overseeing all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit processes.
Experience in conducting performance evaluations, promotions, and other company processes.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the organization's geographic location.
High level of responsibility, organization, and results-orientation.
Strong critical thinking and understanding of business needs.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Open-mindedness with the ability to bring innovative ideas.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and interact effectively with people.
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Fluent in Ukrainian.
Russian understanding.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage all stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, role transitions, and exit processes, with a focus on employee satisfaction.
Support and coach managers in conducting performance evaluations, setting SMART goals, and developing employees.
Lead initiatives related to employee learning and development.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify and resolve issues, proposing improvements where needed.
Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Promote employee well-being and foster a positive, productive work environment aligned with company values.
Build and manage the employer brand to enhance employee loyalty.
Organize and conduct internal events and training sessions.
Coordinate English language classes for employees, ensuring smooth communication between participants and teachers.

Career Pathing and Development Planning: Design career growth programs and development roadmaps to foster long-term employee growth within the company.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to create an inclusive work environment that supports talent attraction and retention.
Mentorship and Coaching: Facilitate mentorship programs to help new hires adjust quickly and enable experienced staff to share their knowledge.
Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Analysis: Use data to improve employee satisfaction and engagement, developing strategies based on feedback.
Employee Well-being Programs: Implement initiatives focused on improving physical and mental well-being, including programs for maintaining work-life balance.
Additional Requirements:
Change Management Experience: Skills in managing organizational changes, particularly valuable in a growing or evolving company.
Coaching and Mentorship Abilities: Ability to train and support managers in effective people management practices.
Experience with Remote and Hybrid Teams: Understanding of the unique dynamics of hybrid and remote teams, if applicable.
