As
Document Flow Specialist:
you will be responsible for Maintenance of Finance Activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Reviewing and collecting hard copies of TE documents, reconciling them with documents in Concur
• Checking and validating electronic and paper initial documents for correctness from accounting and tax side
• VAT invoices and corrections issuing and registration
• Replying to corporate requests on SOX and impairment of FA, IA and LVA
• Issuing and signs special confirmation changes in fixed assets (FA), intangible assets (IA) and low value assets (LVA)
• Preparing all accounting documents for archiving and destruction in line with corporate and local regulation
• Advance payment processing
• Printing out, signing and sending acts of reconciliation to vendors and customers
• Preparing power of attorney when needed
• Collecting, checking for completeness and archiving documents from warehouse
• Creation Finance PO's in Ariba
• Overseeing the signing process in 1C
• Preparing all documents for banks from LOC side
• Preparing other documents for Finance
• Supporting MEDOC
• Backup for Payroll and HCP's Accounting tasks

Experience and Education:

• At least 1 year work experience in accounting (work in international company as plus)
• Higher education in Economic (in accounting as plus)
• Ukrainian legislation and accounting knowledge, IFRS as plus
• Fluent Ukrainian, English as plus
• Confident user of Word, Excel, SAP or other ERP system,1С, Ariba and Concur as plus
