Role

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods, materials, parts, and services. The role includes market analysis, supplier selection, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, contract management, and tracking inventory levels to support uninterrupted operational and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze supply availability, pricing, and trends to support decision-making.
  • Execute end-to-end purchasing processes: collecting requests, obtaining quotations, preparing comparisons, making recommendations.
  • Organize supplier selection, evaluate commercial offers, and participate in tenders and negotiations.
  • Prepare, review, and support contract signing with vendors; coordinate legal and financial approval.
  • Monitor contract performance, delivery schedules, and quality of supplied goods and services.
  • Maintain supplier database and develop long-term relationships with high-priority vendors.
  • Track warehouse inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials, components, consumables, and equipment.
  • Control documentation flow: purchase orders, invoices, acts of acceptance, delivery notes, etc.
  • Prepare procurement reports for management and provide analytical information for decision-making.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities follow internal procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics, supply chain, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, trade, logistics, or related roles.
  • Understanding of procurement and contract management processes.
  • Knowledge of market analysis methods, pricing principles, and inventory planning
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets, ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
  • Ukrainian — fluent; English — Upper-Intermediate.
