Наразі ми шукаємо Head of Customer Support — досвідченого лідера, який може очолити службу підтримки, підсилити вже сформовану команду та забезпечити найвищий рівень сервісу для наших гравців.

Ця роль точно для тебе, якщо ти:

  • Маєш 3 роки досвіду в управлінні службою підтримки (бажано в продуктових, fintech або iGaming-компаніях);

  • Маєш досвід побудови, розвитку та мотивації команд;

  • Маєш глибоке розуміння KPI та аналітики (CSAT, SLA, FRT, NPS, Retention);

  • Працював(ла) з Helpdesk/CRM-системами (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk або подібними);

  • Маєш навички антикризового реагування, вирішення конфліктів, обробки ескалацій;

  • Орієнтований(а) на результат, проактивний(а), здатен(на) приймати рішення на основі даних;

  • Маєш високий рівень комунікації та досвід роботи з кросфункціональними командами;

  • Володієш українською та англійською мовами на робочому рівні.

Сфери відповідальності:

  • Стратегічне управління службою підтримки (чат, email, соцмережі, інші канали);

  • Розробка, впровадження та контроль стандартів обслуговування;

  • Найм, навчання, коучинг та розвиток команди підтримки;

  • Моніторинг і покращення ключових показників: CSAT, SLA, FRT, NPS, Retention;

  • Робота з ескалаціями, критичними запитами, конфліктними ситуаціями;

  • Управління сервісом 24/7, включно з плануванням графіків та навантаження;

  • Підготовка регулярної звітності для топ менеджменту;

  • Тісна співпраця з іншими командами: продукт, маркетинг, ризики, фінанси.
