You'll play a key role in supporting Siemens' growth through strategic initiatives.What are your responsibilities:- Developing and driving the local communication strategy together with the CEO and businesses to generate added value (leads, image, reputation) for the company.- Plan and execute the targeted communication measures especially:Website/ digital communications: content creation, SEO and ongoing migrationOrganization of customer events and trade fairs for businesses (in close cooperation with local agencies) and digital events (eg: organization of webinars….)Internal communication: Intranet/ sharepoint, organization of internal communication and events, content creationDevelopment and production of other digital communication materials (references, e-cards, presentations, photo & video production etc.)Press/ media activities (local media support, selection of relevant press releases from HQ and translation) & crises communicationsTranslation of communication materials from the Lead Country Austria or the Headquarter (from English) into local language.Minor focus on Social media activitiesActing as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the management teamResponsible for the local CM budget and related resources incl. controlling the expenditures & local suppliers.Ensuring consistency with local regulations, ensures that quality standards for Communications are always met and is in constant contact with the Head of LCB AustriaWhat We're Looking For:Proven years of experience in Communications >> ideally from Tech IndustryKnowledge of the local market specifics (e.g. press/media, etc.)Familiar with content creation and SEOExperience in organization of customer events, trade fairs and digital events (webinars)Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersStrategic thinker with excellent planning and prioritizationFluent in English and local language (written and spoken)Our Offer:A key role with high visibility and real impactOpportunity to contribute to strategic topicsBeing part of the LC Bundle Austria Communications TeamInternational collaboration in a dynamic and innovative environmentFlexible working models and attractive employee benefitsWhy Join Us?At Siemens, you'll join over 379,000 colleagues across 200+ countries who are shaping the future every day.
