We're looking for a motivated and people-oriented
Sales Expert
to strengthen our presence in the Ukrainian market. In this role, you'll focus on developing long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and helping them get the most out of our solutions.
You'll be the trusted advisor who combines business insight with genuine curiosity about how technology can make a difference for your clients.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients - you'll be their go-to person for all things related to software and cloud solutions.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue and create long-term value.
- Understand your clients' business needs and connect them with the right solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Deliver presentations and workshops that help clients understand licensing models and optimize their spend.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and the latest Microsoft (and other top publishers') offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, reporting, and order processing.
- Forecast sales accurately and consistently reach (or exceed) your targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in enterprise sales, ideally in software, cloud, or IT services. - Hands-on experience in
account or territory management
, ideally with Microsoft or other Tier 1 vendors. - Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, including C-level stakeholders.
- A consultative sales approach - you listen, understand, and propose smart solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent
Ukrainian
and good
English
(both written and spoken). - Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
