What is the purpose of this role?
Maximize sales opportunities within ABO organizations to increase sales and qualification levels at Key Accounts by nurturing, training and supporting Growth Leaders and regularly monitoring their personal progress. Develop strong partnership with the ABO leadership leading to transparent dialogs and acceptance of Amway strategies.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate communications to the Growth Leaders related to Company programs and incentives, etc;
- Responsible for the identification of Growth Leaders needs and the implementation of an appropriate action plan;
- Responsible for organization and execution of monthly, quarterly meetings with Growth Leaders, including TCs;
- Responsible for providing feedback to the Company from the field Responsible for providing feedback to the Company from the field;
- Responsible for the development of Growth Leaders through consistent contacts held at both: group and one-to-one meetings, providing guidance, support and Company direction;
- Prepare and delivers analytical reports on Assigned Accounts performance;
- Provide analytical insights based on business reports of assigned Accounts;
- Prepare and conducts Power Point Presentations for assigned Accounts at their events;
- Attend Growth Leaders' seminars, trainings and meetings;
- Report weekly and monthly to Account Management Supervisor
What You'll Need
- Higher education;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally and successfully interact with all levels of internal and external customers;
- Flexible, customer oriented with ability and willingness to work in team;
- Ability to accurately maintain and organize various schedules, projects and paperwork;
- Self motivated and quick-learner;
- Result and resolution oriented;
- Responsible and multitasking;
- Public speaking skills (preferable);
- Ukrainian – mother tongue;
- English - upper intermediate;
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), ORACLE;
- Ability to travel.
