Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager based in Kyiv to lead sales of 's AI-powered voice outreach and call center solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in generating leads, tracking target companies, and closing deals. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to pitching and closing—while leveraging Coldi's innovative technology to deliver transformative solutions to B2B clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and target B2B companies in fintech, insurance, real estate, and lead generation that rely on phone-based communication for sales or support.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using lead scraping tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , Lusha, ZoomInfo) and Coldi's internal lead sources.
- Qualify inbound leads from website forms, marketing campaigns, and referrals with efficiency and precision.
- Proactively track and research target companies to uncover opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
Selling AI Voice Solutions
- Pitch 's AI voice agents for outbound campaigns (e.g., appointment setting, lead reactivation, sales outreach) and inbound support (e.g., customer service, lead qualification, retention).
- Articulate how Coldi's fully managed, AI-driven solutions enhance or replace traditional call centers with seamless integrations.
- Customize proposals based on client needs, call volumes, and industry-specific use cases, aligning with their business objectives.
- Highlight Coldi's ability to deliver efficient, scalable, and cost-effective voice solutions to drive client interest and trust.
Deal Closing & Client Onboarding
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling demos, and address objections with confidence.
- Negotiate pricing, create tailored proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Coldi's operations team to ensure smooth campaign setup and client onboarding.
- Foster strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
CRM Management & Performance Tracking
- Manage leads, activities, and deal progress in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as demos scheduled, proposals sent, deals closed, and revenue generated.
- Provide weekly reports to the Head of Sales, detailing pipeline health and sales outcomes.
Who You Are:
- Location
: Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with flexibility for hybrid work or occasional in-person meetings.
- Experience
: Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in call center solutions, customer support, SDR-as-a-service, or voice-based outreach services.
Skills
:
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to generating leads and building pipelines independently.
- Skilled in consultative selling, managing complex deals, and navigating multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Proficient in using lead scraping tools (e.g., , Lusha, ZoomInfo) to identify and track target companies.
- Experienced with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
Knowledge

- Familiarity with call center metrics (e.g., talk time, connection rate, qualified lead rate) and high-volume outreach strategies.
