Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Kyiv. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include developing client relationships, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves meeting revenue targets and contributing to strategic planning for market expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship development
- Knowledge of electronic components, advanced security systems, or related technologies
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other relevant languages
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
