Job DescriptionBase 44 is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Tech Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative start-up environment. You will be on the front lines, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall success of our product. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions, including remote access to systems, analyzing diagnostics, and troubleshooting network or database issues
- Implement fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to restore functionality
- Properly identify, document, and escalate bugs for quick resolution
- Recognize trends in user experiences and advocate for fast solutions
- Interact closely with the product team to understand features, functionality, and potential pain points
- Document and clearly communicate technical issues to developers with detailed steps for replication
- Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools and technical documents
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in small, collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms
- Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success, with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Proven experience with vibe coding tools - an advantage
- Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics – an advantage
- Experience troubleshooting API connections, inspecting network requests, and identifying errors in the console - an advantage
