Чим ти будеш займатися:

  • Будувати і розвивати affiliate-команду — підбір, навчання, мотивація і контроль тих, хто буде разом з тобою прокачувати наші проєкти.

  • Контролювати якість сервісу для партнерів і вебмайстрів — ми маємо бути для них #1 за рівнем підтримки.

  • Вирішувати спірні ситуації та підтримувати вебмайстрів — бути на зв'язку і вирішувати будь-які питання оперативно.

  • Масштабувати об'єми трафіку — твоє завдання надихати та мотивувати команду і вебмайстрів на максимум.

  • Аналізувати та моніторити статистику трафіку — регулярний аналіз і оптимізація на базі отриманих даних.

  • Брати участь у профільних конференціях — представляти компанію на ключових івентах, укріплювати репутацію та розширювати партнерську мережу.

Наші очікування від тебе:

  • Досвід від 1 року на позиції Team Lead of Affiliates в Nutra або суміжних нішах — ти знаєш ринок, розумієш інструменти і тонкощі роботи з командою.

  • Експертні знання по трафіку — глибоке розуміння джерел і роботи з вебмайстрами.

  • Володіння аналітичними інструментами — у тебе є навички і надійні методи аналізу для прокачування показників.

  • Уміння структурно організувати роботу і бізнес-процеси — ми цінуємо порядок і ефективність.

  • Англійська на рівні Upper Intermediate — для вільного спілкування з іноземними партнерами.

  • Особисті якості: лідерство, відповідальність, харизма, проактивність і топові комунікаційні навички.
