Frontend Team Lead

We're growing fast and looking for a passionate Frontend Team Lead to build and lead a brand-new frontend team from the ground up, with a primary focus on creating engaging and high-performance websites for end users This is a unique opportunity to shape the frontend architecture, define the technology stack, and create a next-generation product from scratch.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend development using and React

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and experience with TypeScript

• Experience working with GraphQL and state management libraries (Valtio, Zustand, Redux)

• Understanding of white-label solutions and ability to build scalable, reusable components

• Experience working with design systems and developing reusable UI components

• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for better collaboration with designers

• Experience in performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)

• Experience working with Socket.IO

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, SCSS)

• Hands-on experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Parcel)

• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG)

• Ability to integrate frontend systems with both REST APIs and GraphQL

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress)

• Exposure to serverless architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify)

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI)

• Experience with White-React-SDK or similar SDKs

Responsibilities

• Organize the team's work, ensuring high-quality task execution and adherence to the company's technical standards.

• Act as the main technical expert for resolving issues related to front-end development.

• Set up a code review process, participate in task planning, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

• Define key project stages, deadlines, and allocate tasks according to team members' competencies.

• Identify and resolve technical problems, make decisions regarding system architecture, design, and technology choices.

• Select and implement appropriate tools, promote the use of best practices for writing clean and efficient code.

• Implement modern development methodologies, including CI/CD.

• Assist in hiring new employees, support the professional development of team members, and foster team retention.

• Ensure the relevance of technical documentation and work on improving code quality.

• Share expertise and actively participate in internal discussions on front-end technologies.
