Компанія зібрала сильну команду інженерів, конструкторів та спеціалістів з Hardware, QA, RF, які створюють продукти, що допомагають військовим досягати цілей. Власні виробничі потужності дозволяють швидко впроваджувати зміни та ідеї.

Зараз розширюється відділ R&D, тож ми шукаємо Hardware Team Lead.

Майбутні обов'язки:

  • Керівництво командою інженерів (hardware/software)
  • Постановка задач, планування та контроль виконання проєктів
  • Співпраця з іншими командами, планування та узгодження термінів і черговості розробки
  • Аналіз і підготовка технічної документації (схеми, BOM, специфікації, інструкції)
  • Взаємодія з іншими відділами (R&D, QA, виробництво)
  • Менторинг і розвиток членів команди

Необхідні навички та досвід:

  • 3+ років досвіду у розробці електроніки
  • 1+ роки у ролі Team Lead / Tech Lead та керування командою
  • Глибокі знання аналогової та цифрової схемотехніки
  • Досвід роботи з Altium Designer (створення схем, трасування, бібліотеки) або з Embedded розробкою

Буде перевагою:

  • Досвід у створенні автоматизованих тестових стендів
  • Досвід взаємодії з виробництвом (підготовка до серійного випуску)
  • Досвід проєктування/тестування приладів з RF частиною (100Mhz-6GHz)
  • Досвід моделювання/симуляції аналогових схем у LTSpice/Proteus тощо
  • Навички роботи з вимірювальним обладнанням (осцилограф, аналізатор спектру, мультиметр тощо)
  • Вміння працювати з технічною документацією (даташити, стандарти, креслення)
  • Знання стандартів IPC, ISO
  • Знання мов програмування С/С++/Python
  • Розуміння вимог до виробництва плат
  • Базове володіння SolidWorks або іншим CAD для інтеграції з механіко
  • Англійська — для читання документації та технічної комунікації
