Зараз ми в пошуку амбітного Team Lead of Recruitment напрямку Латинська Америка— людини, яка допоможе нам будувати сильну команду й виведе рекрутинг на новий рівень.

Основні задачі:

  • Підтримка рекрутерів у вирішенні складних завдань та підборі персоналу.

  • Структуроване мислення та прийняття стратегічних рішень на основі аналітики.

  • Розробка інноваційних рішень для автоматизації рекрутингових процесів.

  • Навчання та розвиток команди, надання конструктивного зворотного зв'язку.

  • Розробка планів розвитку співробітників.

  • Активна участь у підборі на ключові позиції компанії.

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

  • Досвід у ролі Team Lead of Recruitment

  • Розуміння Латиноамериканського регіону

  • Розуміння специфіки роботи call-центру та особливостей масового рекрутингу.

  • Досвід побудови ефективних рекрутингових процесів.

  • Іспанська мова — від В2

  • Українська мова-від В1

  • Вміння приймати рішення, системно мислити, мотивувати команду та досягати результатів.
