As a vital part of our Human Resources department, you will not only oversee the end-to-end recruitment process but also shape and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies. Your expertise will help us find top talent that aligns with KPMG's values and objectives, ensuring that we continue to grow and develop our diverse and high-performing teams.

You are going to deal with:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of KPMG Ukraine.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a passionate recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and optimize the recruitment process.
• Building strong relationships with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and ensure effective talent sourcing.
• Leveraging data-driven insights to enhance recruitment tactics and candidate experience.
• Promoting employer branding initiatives to position KPMG as an employer of choice within the market.
• Conducting regular training for interviewers to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.

What You'll contribute:

• A proven track record in recruitment (at least 7 years) with experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition trends and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to utilize data for making informed decisions.
• Experience in employer branding initiatives and a passion for promoting company values.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
